This pepper sauce is a delicious blend of hot peppers, onion, mustard, and selected spices. The recipe for this sauce is over 100 years old and was first created by Irene “Ma” Downes. The recipe was passed on to her daughter Sheila Miller and was commercialized by her son in law, Luther Miller, in April 1966. This world class sauce won a gold medal at the Monde Selection in Bruxelle in 1983.
