This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution in the market locally and Internationally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of weekly reports which highlight Food Safety challenges
• Auditing of warehouse and production areas, ensuring good manufacturing practices
• Monitoring and verification of corrective Action Log
• Developing and maintaining food safety records, manuals, and training procedures
• Developing and managing quality control testing in production and warehouse Area.
• Managing pest control program
• Training of staff in food safety policies and procedures
• Ensuring company maintains local and international food safety standards
• Assessing damaged product (both in house and returned stock) for viability and informing
  Operations Manager of final assessment.
• Working with Production team to conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and
  non- conformances related to food safety
• Compliance management – Ensure all C.O.A.’s, import permits and licenses are current and
  in order at all times.

Educational Attainment & Experience:

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or equivalent
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Food Manufacturing facility.
• Understanding of the current practices and principles of HACCP, Food safety regulations,
  laws, best practices, PCQI and food safety preventative controls
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

The Warehouse and Production Team Leader reports directly to the General Manager and
manages and coordinates all production and warehouse activities, operations, and staff, to ensure
conformance to established procedures.

policies, and procedures
• Interfaces with the QA Department to ensure the highest degree of final quality and

• Manages the flow of finished products and their transfer into the warehouse environment
