The WINDMILL brand was created in 1966. Luther Miller took his mother in law’s recipe for hot pepper sauce, which was over 100 years old, and commercialized it.

Over the years, the line grew to include several indigenous products. These products include sauces, syrups, seasonings, and preserves.

Today, these products are manufactured by Choo’s Enterprises Ltd. Today, this brand can be found in Barbados, Canada, England, Europe, and the U.S.A.
