Return Policy

Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery date, Orders to be returned must be in original packaging and accompanied by original receipt.

Refunds

Choo’s enterprises Limited will not issue refunds for products that have already been opened, used or tampered with.

All items to be refunded must be returned in original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation

Order cancellations can be made by calling +1 246 4271339 within (24) hours of the order being placed. You will be required to give your name and order confirmation number.

Choo’s Enterprises Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Availability of Goods;
• Description or price Errors;

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
